    My husband purchased my engagement ring from Belk in July 2025, and in less than a year, it has already been sent off for repairs three separate times. The first repair took six weeks because the center circular diamond became loose and visibly wobbled back and forth. We later learned the diamond had only been secured with two prongs, which is unacceptable for a stone of that shape. The second repair happened immediately after the first because when we picked the ring up, the issue had not even been fixed. I never truly got the ring back — I tried it on at the counter, saw the diamond was still loose, and handed it right back to them. Despite the obvious flaw in the ring’s design, they still intended to charge us to add additional prongs. During that visit, multiple managers surrounded my husband while we tried to resolve the issue. Only after we pushed back did they rush the repair and return the ring a week later. What stood out most, though, was the complete lack of professionalism and customer care. As we were literally being escorted out while the store was closing, a manager sarcastically asked if there was “anything else we’d like to trade it for.” Now, for the third repair in April 2026, we were told the process would take longer because they wanted to “make sure it was properly taken care of.” Once again, we waited six weeks. After finally contacting the department manager ourselves, we were informed the ring had actually been back in the store for three weeks already — despite my husband calling two weeks prior and being told there was no update. At this point, no matter how beautiful the ring may be, the experience has not been worth the constant frustration, poor communication, and repeated quality issues. This will be the last time I deal with repairs through this store. If another issue arises, I will be seeking a refund and taking my business elsewhere. Customers spending this kind of money deserve better craftsmanship, better communication, and far better customer service than what we’ve experienced.

    I have been waiting 38 mins for someone to help me at the jewelry department. Only one person assisting another customer that seems like they applied for a credit card and is not taking the payment. This lady asked another associate to help, that lady said no she was ready to go and she left. She asked a another associate (men) still no help. Wost customer service i have ever seen in this store!++

    I had some trouble returning a dress I lost the receipt for earlier this week, and Janan and the very kind manager went above and beyond to make sure I left with my return. Thank you both for the amazing customer service!

    Do not give them your email under any circumstances I asked the clerk specifically do not sign me up for any newsletters and she then stated that she MUST have it for a receipt I gave it and boom 2 emails a day everyday since I cant block them either they use different emails
