    This was my second bad experience at this Bass Pro Shops location. The first time I visited, the woman helping me at the counter was extremely impatient and rude. I hoped it was just a one-off experience, so I gave the store another chance. Unfortunately, my second visit was even worse. I waited at the pickup counter for over 20 minutes while employees walked by without acknowledging me or offering any assistance. The lack of customer service was unbelievable. I enjoy shopping at Bass Pro Shops, but this location seriously needs to improve its customer service. Being ignored and treated this way is unacceptable, and it makes me think twice about coming back.

    Placed an order online on June 29th for pickup at the Greenville location . As of July 3rd the the order still has not shipped. If it wasn't for the gift cards I had I would order from another online retailer that has quicker processing and shipping service.

    Upon selecting our 3 hats at 5.99 each we were directed to a clerk right behind us. We gave her our purchases...then she rudely informed us we came to the customer service counter...I advised we were directed there. I assume it was due to closing hours however extremely rude Do better Autumn and remember treat people how you would like to be treated while working customer service...otherwise there are plenty of factory jobs in sc where you dont have to interact with the public. Leave the social jobs to those socially inept

    No stars for me if I could, however I am forced to rate this establishment. Beautiful shop, however the associates attitudes here aren’t so beautiful. Went to purchase some 9mm ammo on 6/22/26, and I already felt uncomfortable because I am not the target audience of this store however I still went in and met an associate named Brenden. He treated me as if I was a waste of time and gave me the energy that he did not want me in his presence. I attempted to speak to him several times however I was completely ignored and was blankly stared at instead. This interaction made me feel completely worthless. This showed me exactly why I should not spend my hard earned money here, and I will consider doing so in the future. I am honestly considering returning my purchase. Please be kind, everyone.

    Had a problem with a purchase and asked for the store manager. Store manager showed up and was extremely rude. He was condescending and even got in our faces when we asked for his name. He told us he was there for 16 years and that it was funny we were telling him how to do his job. Which we were not trying to do. We simply pointed out the sign that they had on display and how this situation did not match the sign. He did not try to resolve the situation and simply insulted us and treated us like criminals. Absolutely unacceptable and my friends and I will never spend another dime there as long as the manager JD Large is there.
