  First time going to the store and to be honest...it was overwhelming. I could see myself spending hours in there. I sat in the cozy recliner in front of the massive fireplace. If you can think it they have it. Also the taxidermy is AWEsome! Great experience. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Worth the trip.

You can walk in looking for a specific pair of fishing waders or hunting boots and easily spend two hours exploring without noticing the time. The economic magic of a flagship outpost like Bass Pro Shops is its role as a commercial apiary—acting like a central beehive that pulls foot traffic from hours away and cross-pollinates the entire local economy. Hunters and anglers driving in for specialized technical gear and expert floor advice don't just shop at the register; they spill over into the surrounding grid—filling up at local gas stations, dining at nearby restaurants, and booking hotel rooms across the city. This creates a powerful multiplier effect, ensuring that every dollar captured inside the store triggers a larger economic boom across the surrounding commercial grid. For me, an afternoon on a pontoon with a hot grill and good friends provides a massive return that no traditional balance sheet can quantify. Drink plenty of fluids, remember the life jackets, and get everyone home safely!

  My mom works for Bass Pro’s. Has for over 9 years. So any time we can stop in and check out another location we also do. All I can stay is STUNNING store. Super kind staff. Excellent selection of everything. If we lived closer we’d be back more often than not. (We live 2.5 hours away) I can honestly say this was the best location we have ever shopped at. Whatever you are doing. Keep doing it. This store needs to be the standard. Great job.

  The greeter Scott T. was very polite and respectful, he gave me information on a great promotion this location is running currently without pressure to sign up. He also was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the direction of the camping gear I was looking for. This kind of personality as a “face of the company” as soon as you walk in the door is exactly what sets this place apart from other competitors in the area. Thanks Scott!
