Emma was EXCEPTIONAL! She can sell water to a whale. She was extremely knowledgeable in fashion and I’ve never felt more prepared for date night!

Placed an order almost 3 hours ahead of showing up to the store. They hadn’t started to pick the order and told me they weren’t planning on doing so and to come back when I get an email saying it’s ready for pickup (online pickup says within 2 hours). Another girl went around to pick my order after I was told to come back and she was really nice and helpful. The manager was pretty rude basically acting like I was an inconvenience for coming in to pick up and said just because it says 2 hours doesn’t mean it’ll be 2 hours. After standing there for 20 minutes I was told most of my order was out of stock and they can have it shipped to me or cancel the items which is extremely frustrating. The manager also seemed too busy folding inventory rather than helping their employees.

They have the best jeans. Since I’m short, I really appreciate that they carry extra short jeans 👖
