  I ordered some things from Aerie online but when I got my package, it looked like someone else’s order. Completely different items in completely different sizes from what I ordered. Tried to return them at Aerie, they were polite but said they couldn’t help and that I needed to call customer service. So I tried the offline Aerie store instead. They told me the same but they were rude about it, looked at me like I was crazy or stealing or something. So I gave it one last shot at American Eagle, and the girls were so kind and helpful. They helped return the unwanted items and gave me a refund for the stuff I didn’t get, right away. Thank you so much for all your help, Emma and Berkeley, you guys were awesome!

  Love the product but the employees need a reality check. Two girls working (children I presume and I didn’t even know they worked their at first) had the most nasty attitude (I believe Berkin and Ala). The manager was sweet but these two need to fix their attitude and not look like they’re dressed for bed at work.

  I purchased jeans online and then attempted to return them in-store because they did not fit. The cashier told me she would refund the transaction, and that I’d receive an email with more information regarding the refund. Unfortunately, I left the store and was never issued a refund; I also did not receive any notifications regarding my attempted return, either. Since the cashier did not print out a receipt for me while I was in the store, I have no proof that I gave my jeans back to American Eagle. Because of this, PayPal will not refund my $40.04 (since I used it as my payment method). I am really disappointed that I paid $40.04 and have nothing to show for it when truly, this issue happened because the staff did not process my return successfully. I would love if anyone from American Eagle could assist me with this issue.

  I brought my girls to the mall to find them jeans and shorts. They can be a bit high maintenance with what they will wear, typical teenagers. Krystal was so helpful! She went and picked out jeans and shorts they loved. She helped us spend lots of money..lol. I'm sure we'll be back soon to spend more.
