  Super nice customer service! Far more superior to their sister store aerie

  Placed an order almost 3 hours ahead of showing up to the store. They hadn’t started to pick the order and told me they weren’t planning on doing so and to come back when I get an email saying it’s ready for pickup (online pickup says within 2 hours). Another girl went around to pick my order after I was told to come back and she was really nice and helpful. The manager was pretty rude basically acting like I was an inconvenience for coming in to pick up and said just because it says 2 hours doesn’t mean it’ll be 2 hours. After standing there for 20 minutes I was told most of my order was out of stock and they can have it shipped to me or cancel the items which is extremely frustrating. The manager also seemed too busy folding inventory rather than helping their employees.

  I ordered some things from Aerie online but when I got my package, it looked like someone else’s order. Completely different items in completely different sizes from what I ordered. Tried to return them at Aerie, they were polite but said they couldn’t help and that I needed to call customer service. So I tried the offline Aerie store instead. They told me the same but they were rude about it, looked at me like I was crazy or stealing or something. So I gave it one last shot at American Eagle, and the girls were so kind and helpful. They helped return the unwanted items and gave me a refund for the stuff I didn’t get, right away. Thank you so much for all your help, Emma and Berkeley, you guys were awesome!
