I went into Aerie to run an errand for my ~very~ pregnant wife, and I had 2 employees immediately help me and answer ALL of the questions I had… and I had a lot. This could’ve been a nightmare errand run for me, but I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes with everything I needed thanks to the friendly staff. Thank you!

I had aerie and one American Eagle return and the employee would not process the American Eagle item even though their policy says they absolutely can. She was beyond rude asking me how many returns I had. It was literally like five items across three orders and it’s part of her job ! SMH .
