  I just have to give a huge shoutout to Elizabeth! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She truly went above and beyond. Her kindness, positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help really stood out to me. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, and Elizabeth absolutely nailed it! She is a true asset to the company and deserves to be recognized! ❤️

  This review doesn't even deserve one star as I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I live in New York and decided to send a birthday treat to my sister who lives in the area. Placed a same day delivery order on Saturday which I received an email at 6:19pm indicating a successful delivery, which in fact was not true. The store closed at 5p so there was no one to speak with about the situation so I left a voicemail and both my sister and I sent a message via the customer support email. My sister received a call from the store today, Monday, regarding making this issue right. Rather than offering delivery today to rectify their error they offered tomorrow. My sister advised she would not be available and they had the audacity to ask her to come to the store to pick up the items!! Absolute horrible customer service; my sister no longer wanted the items and requested I be refunded. I on the other hand have yet to receive a return call or email to advise of the situation at hand or asking me, the paying customer, how I would like to move forward. I never like to comment negatively towards a business but this was such a terrible experience. I can give understanding for a lot of things but this is ridiculous. Your company offers delivery and pushes to utilize for special occasions and yet this is how a birthday order was handled. I guess all I can recommend to a fellow consumer, be weary and read the reviews first, I wish I had. I definitely would have ordered from another edible arrangements in the area. I do expect a prompt refund to the original form of payment.

  This was my first time ordering from two different locations, and unfortunately both locations failed to fulfill my order the way it was supposed to be, even though I placed the orders days in advance. This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I expected much better preparation and communication. At this point, this will be my last time ordering from this place because this is honestly ridiculous.
