- SHSawyer Henderson3 days ago2.0I came in to purchase a firearm. I waited at the counter for 30 minutes and about 15 minutes in I finally received a “we’ll be right with you.” 15 minutes later I decided to look around elsewhere in the store and come back. I then came back several minutes later and waited an additional 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. Neither of my visits to the counter did any of the 4+ employees even want to make eye contact with me despite me standing in the same spot the whole time as I knew what I wanted. After a while I was frustrated and started staring people down and still got nothing. Worst customer service I’ve had in a while.
- CBCJ Barbalat3 days ago1.0Bought a knife over the weekend, found the same knife at a local store for $60 cheaper, went back to Bass Pro asked the service rep to match, at 1st she said she wouldn’t, when I pushed her she called a manager over and they matched. I requested a 2nd knife at that price, the same service rep said no, they would only match 1. I guess if I left and came back they would match it, too much work, lots of other stores that need the business.

Something I rarely use. Next time I visit this location and see those associates, I’ll put the items I intended to buy back on the shelf and leave. I am putting the same review on the BBB website and being sent to Corporate HQ.
