- TFTodd FinkMar 24, 20261.0Ordered an arrangement for 3/21 delivery. It never showed. 3/23 part of my order arrived and wasn’t fresh. I assume it was made on 3/21, and sat in the cooler until 3/23. The plush cupcake I also paid for wasn’t delivered. The manager told me if it wasn’t delivered on time, it should’ve been trashed and a new one made- but she couldn’t guarantee it happened. She also said deliveries outside of Florence are made via third party- this was not disclosed when I made my order. She told me she would look into why I didn’t receive my entire order, but was too busy making orders to check that day. She told me she would call me back that evening or the next morning. She never did. EA headquarters said I had to follow up with the local store because they are locally owned and operated. I disputed the charge with my cc company, and they immediately reimbursed me.
