  Need to update their business hours if it’s not accurate on google. Rode 30 mins to pick up my online order at 5:30 for the door to be locked & lights off. Google says 8a-6pm.

  My mother placed an order for my birthday since I am in college and away from home. She placed the order on August 11th to be delivered August 15th. It was “delivered” to me on August 11th instead. I used quotes for delivered because the driver Will was the most incompetent and unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. He called me to come pick up my order ruining the surprise early and disregarding the instructions my mother left. I asked him in person why he didn’t deliver my edible arrangement to the campus security building and he told me he was unfamiliar with the campus. After getting the edible arrangements the chocolate was melted so I had to put the platter in the freezer before eating. My mother called and a new delivery was supposed to come August 15th but Will again called me while I was away from my phone and left with my edible arrangement. I called Will and he told me that the only time he was available is on Monday so I had to arrange a time with him then. When my mother called the driver lied and said that I asked for the delivery to be on Monday. Finally, on Monday I didn’t hear my phone ring and none of my roommates heard it either. I am a student athlete who has to wake up for practice at 5am so I took a nap and my roommates went to go find Will. They couldn’t find him and again, he left with my arrangement AND did not follow instructions. I called him twice with no answer so I called the business and the lady on the phone was very apologetic and nice but nothing was done. Will later called me and was extremely hostile on the phone. He started the call with a raised voice and when I asked him to follow the instructions he told me that he just was following his GPS. The campus security phone number is available with a simple google search so I told him that. He then told me “I’m not Sherlock Holmes” and continued being extremely rude and unprofessional. I told him that it is not complicated to do a google search and he lost it then cussed me out on the phone. My roommates were in the room and counted 15 fu*k’s not including all the other vile words he said to me. I am a teenage girl, the hostility and aggression from Will made me fear for my safety. After berating me he hung up on me. My mother contacted corporate for me and they have done nothing, just like before. I went to the campus police with my roommates to submit a statement to protect myself. NEVER order from this location. Will is extremely unprofessional and unstable, management is useless, and the chocolate covered strawberries were melted and not fresh. This experience was very traumatic and mentally draining, I do not recommend anyone support this unprofessional establishment.

  By far, the worst experience. On Aug. 11, I ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered to my child on August 15 at Coker University and included specific instructions to deliver it to campus security. On Aug 11, the delivery arrived way ahead of her birthday. I called and the kind woman offered to have my order delivered correctly on August 15 at no charge. On August 15, my child received a voicemail from delivery driver "Will" that he tried to deliver, could not, so he left, taking her birthday platter - for her party! - with him. Further he would not be available until Monday after 1 and would deliver at that time. I called the store, confirmed the delivery instructions said to deliver to campus security, and discovered Will had LIED and told them my child requested delivery on Monday after 1. We scrambled and got ice cream instead for the celebration. On Monday, Will called my child and verbally berated and threatened her to the point that campus safety is involved and a police report is being filed. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS TO SEND TREATS TO YOUR COLLEGE STUDENTS.

  I placed two orders online on 7/31 at 10:49 pm to be delivered on 8/1. One of my orders was placed for the Goose Creek location and the other was placed for Florence. 9am on 8/1 there was movement on the order placed with the Goose Creek location and nothing for Florence. By 11am, I started calling to no avail and got no answer. By 2pm I decided to drive to the Florence location because none of my calls were getting answered and there was no update. Imagine my surprise to see that it was closed at 2:30pm. I parked and waited for awhile in case they were on break or lunch and even called. So I cancelled the order at 2:57pm on 8/1. Imagin my surprise when we get home from church at 12:17pm on 8/2 to find it delivered with a 8/1 delivery tag. The pineapple have brown spots and the fruit doesn’t look fresh. I do not recommend these people
