  By far, the worst experience. On Aug. 11, I ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered to my child on August 15 at Coker University and included specific instructions to deliver it to campus security. On Aug 11, the delivery arrived way ahead of her birthday. I called and the kind woman offered to have my order delivered correctly on August 15 at no charge. On August 15, my child received a voicemail from delivery driver "Will" that he tried to deliver, could not, so he left, taking her birthday platter - for her party! - with him. Further he would not be available until Monday after 1 and would deliver at that time. I called the store, confirmed the delivery instructions said to deliver to campus security, and discovered Will had LIED and told them my child requested delivery on Monday after 1. We scrambled and got ice cream instead for the celebration. On Monday, Will called my child and verbally berated and threatened her to the point that campus safety is involved and a police report is being filed. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS TO SEND TREATS TO YOUR COLLEGE STUDENTS.

  I placed two orders online on 7/31 at 10:49 pm to be delivered on 8/1. One of my orders was placed for the Goose Creek location and the other was placed for Florence. 9am on 8/1 there was movement on the order placed with the Goose Creek location and nothing for Florence. By 11am, I started calling to no avail and got no answer. By 2pm I decided to drive to the Florence location because none of my calls were getting answered and there was no update. Imagine my surprise to see that it was closed at 2:30pm. I parked and waited for awhile in case they were on break or lunch and even called. So I cancelled the order at 2:57pm on 8/1. Imagin my surprise when we get home from church at 12:17pm on 8/2 to find it delivered with a 8/1 delivery tag. The pineapple have brown spots and the fruit doesn’t look fresh. I do not recommend these people

  INCREDIBLE edible SWEET, & JUICY top of the line succulent tropical and seasonal fruit!!! Even the delectable scent inside the packaged fruit arrangements resulted in me salivating BEFORE they were delivered!!!
