  Me and my 33 week pregnant wife went in there to get her a dress for our baby shower and after a while of looking she finds one she likes so I go into the dressing room (which isn’t specified men or woman’s) with her to help her with the dress and a worker calls me out of there saying I was making her customers uncomfortable( we were the only ones in there) so of course I come out apologizing and trying to explain I’m helping my wife and gender wasn’t specified and the worker was just being rude and brushing me off like I’m a perverted piece of garbage because I wanted to help my pregnant wife.

  I rarely go into belk, very rarely. However, I am 33 weeks pregnant and went looking for a dress for my baby shower. It was about an hour before close so literally nobody was in the store. I find the dress and my husband comes with me to the fitting room to help me bc I can’t do it by myself. At some point I was bound to need help. It was just us two in the fitting room. A worker comes in and says that my husband needs to leave bc it’s the women’s fitting room and customers are complaining. My husband is apologetic stating he didn’t know it was just for women bc there was no signage saying so, and she continued to berate him and make him feel like a perv for trying to help me with getting dressed. Safe to say we will never be back

  I would give zero stars if I could. I received an online purchase from this store that was CLEARLY NOT what I ordered. The item they sent me had a completely different UPC than the item I ordered. Considering I worked for Belk for the last 5 years, I know this means they PURPOSEFULLY sent me the wrong item. TERRIBLE! Do NOT give this store any business, clearly their management doesn’t care about good service. I will be reporting this to Belk. Zero stars.

  I live in easley and love to stop and see what is on sale .I have found some amazing deals here.such as bed sheets for like 7 dollars for a final sale.....shirts and shorts for like 10 when you can't even get some at Walmart anymore for that price

  This is a very nice, clean, well-organized place. I went in looking for a nice summer sport coat And I was there for about forty five minutes, and no one stopped to help me.There's almost nobody in the store.I guess it was near closing time.That might have explained it, but I would have appreciated some help.
