I Came in the store with 2 bags of clothing, brand new lululemon, leggings, tanks, shorts and even a define jacket lots of other clothing aswell like urban outfitters,Zara, pink and more, I found this to be the biggest waste of time if they are not going to even buy high end wear, the worker was also very rude about the situation and had a aditude

I went to Plato’s at 4 pm to sell my items. I’ve been coming and selling items here for a while. I didn’t even get in the door the lady behind the counter speaks from all the way across the room stating that they don’t buy items after 3 pm ??? If yall close at 9 pm in what world does that make sense. There is nothing on your website, front door or any social media that states this rule. More over the woman suggested that I call ahead of time to see if they’re busy but if I can’t make an appointment or something of the sort then what exactly is the point ? Yall are getting real janky over the years

Zero stars employee took shoes off shelf as I was about to grab them and told me they get first dibbs on items. Hate the fact that they can shop while on the clock and the manager on the floor was agreeing

Greetings felt as artificial as fast-fashion textile waste. 😐 But the expression on the clerk’s face after asking for a dressing room - that felt pretty genuine. Clothes on their racks had spots and stains on them. They pay very little for your clothes if you bring them in and wait 2 hours. Why place small sizes on the very top rack? Has Management practiced browsing through the clothes with the mindset and sensibility of a customer? Store felt disorganized compared to other locations.
