  I'm not really sure where to start there's a lot of things in the store that are going to rub you the wrong way they definitely rub me the wrong way be warned! I've witnessed a lot of profiling, RACIAL bigotry and an extremely disrespectful rude staff especially the dark-haired manager that does a lot of the intake. I really would hope that the owner looks into this I've come there many times I've had people tell me these things I've even ran into somebody that work there and told me that what I'm what I'm saying right now is actually the case yeah be warned they're going to low volume they're going to treat you badly like your you know begging not the case you know I'd rather try to get something than nothing I remember I brought a pair of sneakers for somebody and did not give it to them so they were new in the box they had the audacity and the just playing tone deafness to offer me not even close to $10for shoes that were well over $200 new in the box...HERE'S THE KICKER THEY HAD A SIMILAR PAIR IN STORE THAT LO9K LIKE SOMEBODY WAS DOING LANDSCAPING IN THEM LISTED FOR $70 PLUS BE WARNED ⚠️

  I Came in the store with 2 bags of clothing, brand new lululemon, leggings, tanks, shorts and even a define jacket lots of other clothing aswell like urban outfitters,Zara, pink and more, I found this to be the biggest waste of time if they are not going to even buy high end wear, the worker was also very rude about the situation and had a aditude

  I went to Plato’s at 4 pm to sell my items. I’ve been coming and selling items here for a while. I didn’t even get in the door the lady behind the counter speaks from all the way across the room stating that they don’t buy items after 3 pm ??? If yall close at 9 pm in what world does that make sense. There is nothing on your website, front door or any social media that states this rule. More over the woman suggested that I call ahead of time to see if they’re busy but if I can’t make an appointment or something of the sort then what exactly is the point ? Yall are getting real janky over the years
