  Definitely would not recommend this location buy counter always closed before noon.. staff act as if they did not wanna work all 3 times I’ve been to shop.

  I’m convinced that the employees are giving the high ratings. This is the only location I know that will close the buy station 10 mins after opening it. And if they accept your stuff it’s almost as if it’s only the name name brand item that barely has any wear

  Extremely disappointed that every time I call ahead for a time frame to stop by to sell, they double back on their word. This is the third time where I’ve called and they said to be here within the hour. I get there 30 minutes later, and it’s miraculously closed to sell. No one is helpful there, because it’s run by 16 year olds.

  I have taken my clothes here everyday this week an hour after they open and every time they have said they aren’t taking clothes, they told me to come at 10, which is when they open. I get there 15 MINUTES after they opened and they turned me away. I understand having a lot of bags to look through, but i’m sorry from what I saw it wasn’t enough to turn me away again. Very inconvenient and crazy that they close at 9pm and they won’t take my clothes at 10:15 AM! 👎🏻👎🏻
