VERY DISAPPOINTED, I WENT INTO THE SHOP THIS MORNING CAR WAS FINE, JUST LEFT AND EVERY LIGHT ON MY DASHBOARD IS NOW ON, AND ON TOP OF THAT THE INSTALLER DIDN'T KNOW WHY, AND HE ALSO TOLD ME THE DEVICE MAY GIVE ME A FEW FALSE POSITIVES AND BECAUSE THE DEVICE WILL NOT SHUTDOWN PROPERLY, NOW I BEEN HOME AT LEAST 10 MINUTES, CAR HAS BEEN OFF AND THE DEVICE IS STILL ASKING ME TO BLOW AS I WATCH IT THRU THE CAR WINDOW, NOW REALIZING THAT THIS IS JUST A MONEY RACQUET, BECAUSE THERE IS A FEE FOR EVERYTHING EVEN TO HAVE IT REMOVED IS A RIP OFF FOR $75.00, AND YOUR ALREADY PAYING EVERY MONTH YOU HAVE IT, I FEEL LIKE I'M BEING SET UP TO FAIL, AND WHAT'S CRAZIER IS I HAVEN'T DRIVEN IN OVER 12 YEARS, WHICH WAS A LOT CHEAPER BECAUSE NOW I'M SPENDING MONEY LIKE CRAZY, THIS SYSTEM IS A MONEY GRAB, THINKING ABOUT JUST GIVE IT ALL BACK AND DON'T WORRY ABOUT DRIVING ANYMORE, EVERYTHING IS MONEY, MONEY, MONEY AND MORE DAMN MONEY, LIFE IS A LOT CHEAPER WITHOUT DRIVING!!!

Listen you are better off driving with no license the machine has drained my battery now the machine wont cut on and has completely shut my truck down in 90 degree weather I cant cut my air on and now im stranded because it says im not blowing correctly I dont drink or smoke this machine is very dangerous I would not recommend anyone to put it on their car unless you have a brand new vehicle and still yet if the machine powers down you will be stranded in the heat better off driving without the license

I had a scheduled appointment @ 11 w Cam today April 21st to get my device calibrated. I took off work to make this happen. The place was locked and nobody was there. There was a note from a very unhappy customer bc he drove 2 hours for his appointment today. I called the 800 number and told me to go to the Elgin location, which was another 30 mins away. Not happy about this. Bad business move. At least call if your not coming into work for the day.

Device is unreliable and the company tries to scam you.
About every 2 or 3 months I would have to call & argue with them over the bill. Would show up to my appointment and they say I didnt pay for last month and they need me to send a bank statement to straighten it out.
Whenever the machine didn't work I was stranded and had to get my own tow truck, I'm broke I cannot afford this, and they say they will reimburse you... but that takes forever and a dozen phone calls.
When they try to sign you up it's polite & immediate when they answer the phone, but once the install is done & you have problems, you're sitting on hold for 30min, 2hrs etc. Then you get someone who can't help you and doesn't care. It's terrible, it's a racket and they don't care.. but you do have options.
