- MBManda BaquiApr 21, 20261.0I had a scheduled appointment @ 11 w Cam today April 21st to get my device calibrated. I took off work to make this happen. The place was locked and nobody was there. There was a note from a very unhappy customer bc he drove 2 hours for his appointment today. I called the 800 number and told me to go to the Elgin location, which was another 30 mins away. Not happy about this. Bad business move. At least call if your not coming into work for the day.
- KRKylie RobertsMar 8, 20261.0Device is unreliable and the company tries to scam you. About every 2 or 3 months I would have to call & argue with them over the bill. Would show up to my appointment and they say I didnt pay for last month and they need me to send a bank statement to straighten it out. Whenever the machine didn't work I was stranded and had to get my own tow truck, I'm broke I cannot afford this, and they say they will reimburse you... but that takes forever and a dozen phone calls. When they try to sign you up it's polite & immediate when they answer the phone, but once the install is done & you have problems, you're sitting on hold for 30min, 2hrs etc. Then you get someone who can't help you and doesn't care. It's terrible, it's a racket and they don't care.. but you do have options.
