- SJShiloh JuneMay 24, 20261.0Customer service is lacking at this location. I went in to purchase some hair products on 5/24/2026 around 11:30 am at the salon. Once I had the items I needed I went to the front to check out but the front cashiers weren’t up yet. I had items from the salon so I went back to the salon to check out. I go into the salon area. I didn’t see anyone at the register which is to be expected. So I peeped into the salon. I see a light skin African American young lady stylist with the short buzz cut Miya. She had a towel around her neck and was looking in the mirror doing her hair. I say excuse me in a nice polite tone she looks back at me and says “You need something?.” Not a good morning, how can I help you but “You need something?” Very rude but I respond with can you please check me out. She walks to the register and says not a word just starts ringing up the items. The entire transaction she appeared to have an attitude. She had to walk away to get another stylist because she clearly didn’t know what she was doing. Didn’t say anything to me just walked off. Common courtesy would be to tell the customer to give you a moment or communicate that you need to step away but she just walked away mid transaction without saying a word. Very rude and very nasty then just hands me my bag after the transaction and walks off. I just told my husband that I was considering going into the salon for a cut and had the interaction been positive she might have had a new customer. Even my husband expressed how incredibly rude she was. After this experience I think I’ll pass and take my money elsewhere. If you hate your job and life don’t take it out on innocent customers.
