    Went in here just to enter into the mall and ended up leaving with a whole bunch of home/bath items that I’ve been needing! There is a limited variety in a few sections, but I was happy with the brands that were there. The store definitely has an older feel to it, which is expected in the context of online and post-Covid shopping, but I had a wonderful experience and the employees at the register and on the floor were very kind and helpful. 10/10 experience honestly

    This store doesn't have the inventory that it use to. The staff is your or miss. The restroom is mostly clean.

    I had such a wonderful experience at the JCPenney Salon! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome. The entire salon staff works together like one big family, and that's something you don't see very often anymore. I especially want to recognize Charlene for how supportive and helpful she was to the other stylist in the salon. It was great to see the teamwork and genuine care they have for one another, and it really made the experience even more enjoyable. The positive atmosphere, excellent customer service, and professionalism made my visit outstanding. I highly recommend this salon, and I will definitely be back again!

    Your store hours need to be updated for online search. It show open at 10am on Saturdays, but that’s not accurate
