- ALAllison LawsDec 4, 20181.0I wish I could leave negative stars. After I picked out some clothes to try on, (only two) I patiently waited for the lady to come unlock the dressing room. I tried on the outfit and absolutely fell in love with it. So I decided to get in line to buy it. Only ONE person was in front of me. I believe she was returning an item. I got frustrated and left after waiting about 15 minutes. I went back to the store to get the SAME item a couple minutes later because I was hoping they got the issue resolved. This time, it was a different lady returning something and it took forever once again. So I left. I came back a THIRD TIME to find out somehow everyone else that was waiting behind me got checked out. However, it was the SAME lady. I would just like to know how EVERYONE ELSE GOT OFFERED TO BE CHECKED OUT EXCEPT FOR ME. So I waited again. I still NEVER got to check out. If you want to wait in a line for forever while there are TWO girls working and only ONE on register then this place is perfect for you. I thought Wal-Mart had bad customer service. The workers never apologized as they saw me there THREE times. This was the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. It’s a shame because I really love the clothes but I cannot handle such a poorly managed establishment.
