  I ordered Mother’s Day strawberry and pineapple bouquet, and why there was mold on there. I called the store of notify them. And was told the manager was gonna call me back when she called me back. She told me that there was nothing that she could do, and stated that it was made fresh that day but my order was ready in less then 10mins. Told me they have a 24 hour turnaround that you have to eat your fruit and told me that it was online but when I went online to read the full policy and the terms of condition, only thing I saw for 24 hours was a cancellation. So I had to get in touch with corporate to see if I’m eligible for a refund which I am. It’s just that that store is not owned by the big company like the rest.

  Got delivery and put by mailbox 300 feet away in hot sun call store she wants to argue with me only thing they should done bring to front door and ring door bell i spent $400.00 in two days take your business somewhere else they don't care about customers want be ordering again

  Because of my previous review I was contacted by the manager located at 605 Harden Street in regards to a review that I recently posted which didn't reflect the service that I was use to and because of that she offered to rectify the situation and I must say that she went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you so very much!!!

  Even though they were very busy as usual these very patient employees by the name of jasmine, loren, and jurnee, were such a great help ! I didn’t know exactly what i wanted but they each contributed to helping me pick out the nicest bouquet. It surprised me that in such a rush, and in such a short amount of time they all did a great job managing things and making sure i got what i wanted and they made sure i was satisfied!
