  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a gift arrangement for my niece, and while the delivery was marked as completed, the arrangement was simply left on the porch. No one contacted me, the purchaser, or my niece, the recipient, to let us know it had arrived. No phone call, text message, knock on the door, or any other notification was provided. Because neither of us knew the gift had been delivered, it sat outside long enough to become covered in ants, ruining what was supposed to be a special surprise. What made the situation even more frustrating was the response from management. The manager was very resistant when I raised my concerns and seemed unwilling to acknowledge that the lack of communication contributed to the problem. While a remake was offered, my niece is no longer in town. Had someone simply contacted either of us when the arrangement was delivered, we could have made other arrangements to ensure the gift was received properly. That should have been our choice to make, not a decision made for us through a lack of communication. Customer service is about more than offering a replacement after the fact. It’s about taking reasonable steps to ensure the customer receives the product as intended and addressing concerns with empathy when things go wrong. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations. I hope improvements are made to delivery notification procedures and customer service practices so future customers do not experience the same frustration.

  The service was fast and great! Online or was ready 15mins before it's pick up time. Always a great thing! Love the ease and quickness of service.

  Customer service was great, delivery was great however the fruit used was not fresh per the pictures my wife sent me im an otr truck driver so I was asleep during delivery

  I ordered for my daughter's birthday this morning. I paid for 1 hour delivery. It didn't arrive until 2.5 hours later. They were out of the truffles. They called and replaced it with one single cupcake. The cupcake was stale my daughter stated and on top of that they didn't include the card we had wrote. Had I not told her about it she would of never known who it came from. Just disappointed all around on this order today. They are not cheap to begin with and just feel like I wasted my money....
