- TFTonya Frost6 days ago5.0Beautiful mall with a wide variety of major and well-recognized shopping options. The mall is spacious, modern, clean and well lit. The public restrooms get an A+ for cleanliness and amenities (like the unique“waiting lounge” in the food court restroom area). The food court has a great variety of food choices. And parking is plentiful. And the options for exterior perimeter shopping and restaurants are great.

Major shout-out to Columbiana Centre!I need to give a massive shout-out to Total Spa and the Auntie Anne's / Jamba / Cinnabon counter for completely turning my day around.First, Kevin at Total Spa is incredible. I was carrying so much stress, anxiety, and deep back tension. I’ve had many professional massages all over, and while mall spots sometimes get a bad rap, Kevin is the real deal. He knew exactly what he was doing, stretched my body perfectly, and targeted trouble spots most people miss. His deep tissue massage was strong, powerful, and consistent the entire time—no lazy shortcuts or parlor tricks. He works with true pride and humility. Thank you also to his supervisor, Daniel, for running a great team.Right after, I stopped by the Auntie Anne's / Jamba counter because it was a hot day. An incredibly polite and friendly older woman served me a refreshing watermelon and pineapple smoothie. She filled it to the tippy top! It was the perfect, low-sugar alternative to a soda.Thank you to Kevin, Daniel, the wonderful lady at the counter, and Columbiana Centre for making my day!
