No Concealed Weapons Allowed! Are you serious! Punish the law abiding citizens, while all the criminals continue to walk around the mall with guns. Heaven forbid I am prepared to keep my family and other safe as mall shootings are on the rise.

⭐ 1-Star Review This mall is absolutely disappointing! What in the world is going on with the shopping experience in Columbia, South Carolina? It is honestly embarrassing that a city of this size has such limited shopping options. The selection of stores is terrible, and the mall lacks the variety, quality, and excitement that would actually attract shoppers. Mall management seriously needs to reevaluate its strategy and consider hiring someone who knows how to recruit quality retailers and bring life back into this shopping center. Where are the popular brands? Where are the stores that people actually want to shop at? Residents shouldn’t have to travel to Charlotte, Atlanta, or other cities just to enjoy a decent shopping experience. Columbia deserves better! This mall has so much potential, but without better leadership, stronger retail options, and a real vision for improvement, it will continue to disappoint shoppers. Something seriously needs to change!

The place is still up and running!! My local mall shut down so this one definitely still has a coolness to it. New food places too. Haven't met one bad worker there.

Easy 5. Good mix of stores so you can actually get what you came for, and the food court is a solid stop when you don’t want to leave the mall. Clean, easy to walk, parking isn’t a fight. I’ll keep coming back for shopping and a quick bite.
