She works in the clothing department particularly “Polo Ralph Lauren”. She was a joy to talk to and she assisted me with any questions or concerns I may had. I will be back for my next adventure and look forward to working with Madeline again.

The employee then told her was a known issue and had been happening repeatedly at that register, and made no effort to fix it. They simply told her it would reverse automatically. It never did, and is no longer listed as pending. Now I get to deal with the bank to get my money back. Such disregard for causing major inconvenience to customers.
