- DSDeyaska SpencerOct 4, 20263.0I don’t judge a business by one interaction, but consistent customer service matters. After spending several hundred dollars at Belk for a family celebration, I visited the Sandhills location to return one $118 polo shirt. The process took approximately 40 minutes and included an offer of just $35 without the receipt. The employees who greeted me were pleasant, but the assistance at the register by Lashawn and Ruth was unnecessarily difficult and unhelpful. Store Manager Amy helped resolve the return once a family member sent a photo of the receipt, which I appreciated. As a longtime Belk cardholder and regular customer, I expected a smoother process and more courteous assistance.
- MMMichelleSep 27, 20265.0The parking lot is misleading! Belk is open and not a deserted location as the overgrown weeds make it seem!
- GMGiselle McneilSep 19, 20261.0So I went in there today and tried to return something. The manager named Susie was very rude and so was the lady that called her. My receipt was ripped in half because she didn’t want to reach inside to grab it. I will go to the other another Belk from now on, but I will be calling corporate and calling back to the store once I do.
- CMCorey MungoAug 14, 20261.0Poor customer service, clerk informs me about a membership card while going over the process with me to sign up but did not disclose about the credit card. Which was a tactics to get people sign up for one. Her name was Sara
- KNKiyon NelsonAug 7, 20265.0Madeline was tremendously pleasant in helping pick out a shirt I wanted for a dinner I am attending this weekend. She works in the clothing department particularly “Polo Ralph Lauren”. She was a joy to talk to and she assisted me with any questions or concerns I may had. I will be back for my next adventure and look forward to working with Madeline again.
