  I had purchased my make up online because it was cheaper, but when I got to the store, I canceled my order and purchased it in the store after I was informed that they will honor the online price if you ask for it. I'm all about supporting someone, and the customer service today was top notch! I think I made a new friend.

  The store was clean and organized, I found items that I was interested in and the app gave me a discount, pleasantly surprised with the price.

  I will never send another individual to Belk on Harbison ever. I was racially discriminated against by management and other employees lies on me. I was falsely accused of being loud and yelling when that’s my demeanor. For a manager to track me down in the store after the fact, she is a guaranteed Karen and needs to be fired immediately! as a result of this behavior, my Mastercard credit card has been canceled, and I encourage others whom have received the same behavior to cancel theirs! this manager chose to find me in the store, minding my own business to handle this accusation. The purpose of training is to train managers not to sought people out in the store because that was out of character for the employees to do that I’m very very disappointed in the company

  August 22,2026 Sheets Purchased Made: August 18, 2026 Return: August 20, 2026 FYI I am sharing my comments below that I sent to Belk department store about a recent return regarding bedsheets and the awful chemical smell. The chemical smells can be harmful to your body. Buyer beware of the merchandise you are buying not only at Belk but other stores as well. Do your research on forever chemicals and chemicals odors in general that are found on most products sold in the US. These chemicals can cause cancer with usage overtime. As a cancer patient in remission I can tell the treatment process is horrible experience!! Complaint Filed With Belk: Subject: Issue with Chemical Odors in Store Products and Poor Quality Bedsheets I am writing to address a concern I have regarding the bedsheets I recently purchased from your store. Despite my efforts to air out the bedsheets and wash them thoroughly, the strong chemical odors persist. I also tried to buy different sheets from your company, only to find that they all had a similar harsh smell. This chemical scent was not limited to the bedding; I also detected it in the clothing items. The additional time, money, and effort I have spent trying to rid the products of the chemical smell is unacceptable. The odor made me physically ill, causing a burning sensation throughout my body and raising my blood pressure. I had to use multiple fans in my home and car to try to eliminate the smell. Simply receiving a refund does not account for the inconvenience and costs incurred. As a cancer survivor, I am especially cautious about the products I use. The presence of these harmful forever chemicals, which are linked to cancer and other health issues, is alarming. I urge you to reconsider the use of such chemicals in your products and take action to rectify this issue. I had to purchase a air purifier to help with the odor and is unsure if that is doing a good job. The United States needs to ban harmful chemicals from being sold like other progressive countries. There allegedly better way to get products that are not harmful when purchasing products from other countries. Greed is harming the citizens of this country. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
