  I don’t shop here often and really now not at all anymore after my experience today. I had some returns still tags attached and in the plastic bag still. The store associate told me no and I asked to speak to a manager. She literally raised her voice unnecessarily at me telling me the same thing. How juvenile to have a manager do that to a middle aged woman. Get new management seriously and better customer service!

  Reading the reviews I have no idea why there were so many complaints about the associates. Alyssa & McKinley were absolutely wonderful and helped me find what I needed for a work trip I'm going on. They were ready to help, looked for alternative options and sizes, and were extremely polite to someone who had way too many questions. (me) The prices were great too and the clothes are very comfortable. Definitely going back again in the future and it's because of their service.
