  Nasty store associate. Rude, middle aged woman working there. She was not helpful at all. Rolled eyes at me and huffed and puffed when I asked a question. Without even looking she said they didn’t have what I was looking for. I found it in the front of the store. I love Aerie, their clothing is superb! This is by far the worst Aerie I’ve been to. The person with me asked me what I had done to the woman to piss her off. Absolutely nothing. Maybe pulled her from her cell phone??? Idk People who act like that shouldn’t be on the sales floor dealing with customers. If she is a leader then she is setting a terrible example.

  I don’t shop here often and really now not at all anymore after my experience today. I had some returns still tags attached and in the plastic bag still. The store associate told me no and I asked to speak to a manager. She literally raised her voice unnecessarily at me telling me the same thing. How juvenile to have a manager do that to a middle aged woman. Get new management seriously and better customer service!

  American Eagle in general sells cheaply made clothes at increased prices. But this paricular store takes the cake on being the WORST. First of all the sale items and normal price items were all mixed up. I couldn't figure out what was on sale and what wasn't. The sale rack was completely destroyed. Do note that this was before 12pm before the mall rush really starts. Then on top of all that the sizes for the jeans EVERYWHERE were way out of order. It's like the store hadn't been organized since last weekend. Then when I do find a sale item on the sale rack, it's not on sale and they wouldn't discount it for me. So I just got mad and left and wont be back.
