- ARandrew Rose3 days ago1.0Went to buy a 22 that was on sale. Not busy at all and the young guy in glasses was insanely rude and continued to mansplain about the gun he had no idea what he was talking about. I feel really bad for people that don't have a clue about guns at all feeding bullshit to people. Then continued to violate my rights and privacy by having me read aloud my personal information in front of people that I dont know. Then there was a guy that I suppose works there had no uniform on and wearing gym shorts exposing highly offensive leg tattoos to children in the store. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! If this is how they treat veteran's ILL NEVER BUY A THING FROM THIS PLACE!

We were so impressed by the level of amazing customer service we received Damien was absolutely phenomenal. We had great conversations and he took such great care of us. Thank you so much.

There are few things more frustrating for shoppers than not having prices on merchandise. 80% of the items I picked up were not marked wit prices an there are no scanners available to the public. The new manager said he just started. He seemed genuinely determined to correct the pricing issues ASAP. They have an online store too with pricing for reference. I shoped the sales racks and found some good deals. I prefer to shop brick and mortar venues for almost everything for many reasons, service, getting to try on items to check the fit, helping humans stay employed as opposed to bots taking orderes online.... My advice is to work the store like you want to keep it open and consequently stay employed. Focus on th details and customer service, the bots do.

Not a Cabelas or Bass Pro Shop. I have ordered many items from them in the past but no more. Customer service in Utah just as bad no answers. Take your money elsewhere save the headache and loss of your time.
