Customer service representatives talk over you, provide a solution multiple times that was already explained by customer. No trial testing to make sure all.goes well. I found out at time installation was complete that I was having trouble with my breathe capacity. The service station had to provide a blow to get the engine to start as I had a 2. 5 hours drive home with not enough gas. I called multiple times and told reps how dire of a situation and they offered no solutions just ones that would make me stranded miles from home. Now home and go to my bookings in the car after first blow and then having car isle /park it asked for repeated blows. I putting out at least 20 blows to get one pass. I have headache and dizzy. I told the last rep that I recived the form to lower the blow.tike but of course did not have toke since yesterday afternoon to get an appointment to have the form signed. After stating the the rep of the form and they physician scenario multiples as ths solution for today which wasnt logical. He was unprofessional putting me on hold several times and saying he'll make a remark that I have an attitude. I will be disputing the lockout fee since ill called several times before being locked for No solution.
