Many shops were shut down due to the weather, so we were thrilled that Rag & Bone was open. The shop is very clean and well appointed. But that was not what made our experience, it was two exceptional employees. Sofie and Abigail were delightful. I was there with adult daughters and we felt pampered with their individualized care. We all left with classic “treats “ in the way of loafers and sling back stilettos. I always appreciate the quality and style Rag & Bone offers and now I appreciate the quality of their employees. It was an exceptional experience on a bit of a dreary day. I would like give a shout out to Sofie and Abigail, thank you ladies!

- AAAAug 18, 20241.0Female sales associate came over and kept staring at me as I (black) browsed. It felt so uncomfortable my father and I just chose to leave. The white family that came in after was left to their own devices, unlike us. Any sales associate reading, it's obvious that you're monitoring us and it's incredibly discouraging. Along with the stark quality decline of their clothing, I won't be frequenting this brand again.
