We were welcomed in even though we did not anticipate purchasing anything. Kyle was very professional and friendly and did not push anything on us, but made sure we were comfortable with our purchase! We ended up walking out with an Omega speedmaster! I am super happy with my purchase and will definitely be back!! 5 star experience!!

I felt unvalued as a customer. This was terrible customer service. I don't know how a store like this can stay in business treating their customers this way
- VVvinnyman217May 8, 20265.0I was a little nervous about poking in there to inquire about buying a Rolex. I thought I was going to get chase out with a sharp stick for not being upscale enough. This was not the case at all. Started a great conversation with Kyle K. We chatted for 20 mins, he let me try on some watches and got my contact info for a Rolex. I poked back in a few weeks later and ended up ordering sweet Tudor. They really got me hooked up and took care of me. I got a text from Kyle that my watch was in and was able to swoop in and pick it up. It’s a great place and I definitely recommend it to anyone. I will be making all my watch purchases there no doubt!
