Professional, friendly, efficient, and ethical. Matt provided me with fair and reasonable appraisals on several of my watches. He's a real watch guy--knows the ins-and-outs of all the brands. Demetre is an AD for several luxury brands, and a strong selection of pre-owned pieces as well. The store is beautiful, has incredible inventory at competitive prices. A lot of high-end stores can be uncomfortable to visit--not here--there's no intimidation or judgment. Great store and associates.

Jason really made me feel special and glad that I was there. I was expecting a year on my new Rolex submariner however I received a call from Jason in about 90 days to let me know he had the perfect Rolex Submariner in for me! He took me in the Rolex room and really took time and went over my new Rolex from A to Z.
