  I ordered an arrangement that was supposed to be delivered two days ago. I called twice throughout the day and was assured it would be delivered (the tracking was showing it hadn’t even been made yet). I called yesterday, they apologized and said it would definitely go out that day. I called again an hour before closing (tracking still showing it hadn’t even been made yet), and they again confirmed they were making it and it would go out that day. It never did, and when I called multiple times today to try and get a refund nobody answered or returned my voicemail. I had to wait on hold with the corporate office for almost an hour to get my money back. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

  I just wanted to put a notation on here that the staff at the West Ashley location for edible arrangements namely a lady named Kat. I believe her real name is Catherine absolutely went out of her way and above and beyond to make sure that my anniversary bouquet to my wife were exactly as they needed to be for the edible arrangement all the way down to the bouquet of flowers.. Although I didn’t get the delivery man’s name, he has delivered at our complex before for other people and he has very attentive and knowledgeable of our staff and everybody there is a pleasure to deal with and we will absolutely recommended this store since it is the edible arrangements that does deliver to the Merchant apartment complex. We will suggest their service above all others when it comes to edible arrangements. . Once again, thank you, Kat and the delivery gentleman

  Will never purchase from here again. Spent $150 on an arrangement to propose with, got confirmation it was delivered to my hotel successfully. It wasn’t. I called several times through the day with no answer. I went to the location and they had no record of my delivery. I said I was proposing and needed my order made immediately as I had confirmation of the order and she said it would “be a while”, when I have dinner reservations in an hour. Then he says the refund is gonna be over a week. To top it all off, there was another customer waiting for HIS messed up order as well. Do better. And maybe close yourselves for Valentine’s Day since you can’t keep track of your orders.

  My bf surprised me with chocolate covered strawberries while he was out of town & pays xtra for an xoxo choc piece & a teddy bear which I never got. I was embarrassed, I should be excited acting like a girl but literally the people I was with said it looked like left over vday shit which was 4 days ago at the time. They automatically refunded my bf for teddy bear but fought me for a full refund even tho I literally took the whole thing back & when I called they kept hanging up on me. This place sucks. Very unprofessional. I would suggest going any where else other than the the one on 1672 Old Town Road, sc
