  Had a great experience my first couple times. However, recently one of the pens I purchased started to heat up in my hand and smoke started coming out of it. I brought it back and they wouldn’t refund me because I didn’t have a receipt. Even though I had proof in my bank transactions, they were happy to hit me with a technicality. —- I’m changing my rating and review. I was surprised at the response I got when reaching directly out to the business. It was a well written, thoughtful, and I really got the sense that this person cared about solving the problem. I was told I can go back in and get a replacement, which is great.

  I drove a good while to get to this store and they had exactly what I needed and the employee was so helpful and very customer service friendly. Highly recommend!!!

  All I can say is I found this store on accident yesterday, I literally rubbed my eyes, thought it was a “Mirage “ Lol, I went in and was beyond impressed and excited! Noah was my assistant and was so knowledgeable and helpful, he answered all my questions! GREAT 😊 PRODUCTS I would give 10 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️If I could! See ya soon 😉
