As a loyal customer, I was extremely disappointed by my experience today. Upon entering the store, I felt intentionally overlooked and unwelcome by the tall blonde (THE ONLY BLONDE working 6/11/26 13:30 ) employee working near the entrance. Rather than offering a greeting, acknowledgment, or assistance, she displayed an apparent lack of interest that made me feel as though my presence was neither valued nor appreciated. Her demeanor came across as dismissive, rude, and unprofessional, and I left feeling as though I was being racially profiled. EVERYONE who entered was greeted and offered assistance except me. She was unhelpful and even refused to provide her name when requested. No customer should be made to feel ignored or unwelcome when entering a business. Thankfully, Karen’s exceptional customer service completely changed the trajectory of my visit. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist reminded me why this remains one of my favorite stores. I hope management addresses this matter, as every customer deserves to be treated with respect, courtesy, and dignity.
