I was here on a crazy busy Saturday and was so impressed with how friendly the staff were!

Had a wonderful shopping experience! The employees were super helpful! I went in to find a top online and even though the store was busy they made time to help me find my specific item. Definitely shopping here again!

I was treated with the most disrespect I have ever gotten in this store. I was informing them that a crewneck they had on the shelf had a stain and she proceeded to rip it out of my hand and tell me if I’m not going to buy it to leave the store. As I was leaving she began to call over her manager along with the rest of the workers to come over and practically attack me. It’s sad because I was going to purchase things but after this interaction I will never be back. “Chrissy” was the manger and the lady I dealt with I did not receive a name but she was working the date of 5/13 at 2:30. I am absolutely disgusted with how I was treated, do better aerie.

No complaints. I didn't buy anything but it seemed very popular! Everyone had an Aerie bag walking down King St.
