Well it showed paid for a couple of days, then showed rejected. So they doubled the bill + $1.00 go figure. I called the customer service because I knew I hadn't been shopping, and didn't have a balance. Well the rep began to tell me I didn't pay my bill, he said the form of pay didn't go through because it was a checking account, why didn't it show rejected right then and there when paying, like all other accounts do ,well where else would the money come from?? I let him know my frustration, he hung up on me. Lesson here don't pay online and don't take out a card with Belk.... heck don't shop at Belk. Problem solved. Rating -0
