brought in brand new clothes that were never worn and the girl looked me dead in the eyes and said they’d give me $2 for it and didn’t give a reason why the amount wasn’t higher or anything like that. the girls who work there look like they’d rather be somewhere else especially when you ask to use their dressing room. they definitely give the ‘mean girls from high school’. Please hire new staff that treat everyone coming in with kindness.

Said they would take 45 minutes for a buy and it took 3 hours. They didn’t notify us that it would take longer and ended up having to call and make sure everything was okay. When we came back to get our but there was a girl at the front mean mugging us and completely unhelpful. Their prices are not fair. You’re better off taking your clothes to Uptown Cheapskate in Clemson or Easley.

I was told they wanted younger people's clothes, mine came from JC Penny's, Kohls and Belk, I think they were too nice.

Took a full bin of clothes to this Plato’s closets, the sign said they were buying and they told us that they didn’t want anything from our bin. In the bin we had never worn platform crocs, a fantastic shape dooney bag, many heels that were only worn once and had no sign of wear, women’s and men’s athletic wear that looked practically new. Long story short, we don’t think they even looked in the bag. The counter girl seemed to hate her job and had no intent to do her job. We will not be coming back to this store.
