  Usually like the store, but went last week an associate at the front was rude. Going through the clothes talking loud about how clothes stink, while eating chips at the counter. All the staff was laughing they're were about 5 huddle at counter could care less about guest and joking. Super unprofessional staff that day. I placed everything in was going to buy back because of the unprofessional. They seemed as of the hated the job that day.

  I rarely decide things need an absolute 5 star rating. I came to this conclusion based off customer interaction between employees and the customer. These hardworking women have developed away to sell and buy clothing at a affordable price for everyone. They deserve the community's attention along with the economic growth into what they are about and how there serving us a great business that brings need at a affordable price. Thank yall. Have a wonderful day each time you wake up and keep on being a special part of our day.

  I have brought totes of brand new items with tags attached, purses, wallets, or just clothes that are still nice multiple times. The max I've ever gotten was $47 because they only took my purses and wallets. They never take good clothing items people would actually buy. If you wanna sell to them you have better luck giving them temu or shein clothes. I tested this theory last time and they took only shein items, I got $25. I know I'm not the only one who this happens to.

  Between Once upon a child and Plato's closet, I am not sure who is worse. I have now been made to cry by two different employees in less than a twenty four hour period. I went in yesterday to sell some of my son's items and some of my own items to Plato's closet. I was accused of pretty much being a thief when I was told that I am on the do not buy list next door and they don't feel comfortable going through my things. I had to go next door and have another manager take over 30 minutes of their time calling the owner of the store to get it cleared up. Meanwhile, I was embarrassed in front of the whole entire store at the front counter by an employee. Today, I had a return at Plato's closet. I decided to shop for a little while, every time I walked up to the dressing room there was either someone in it, or there was no one over there. Letting anyone in, despite me standing there for several minutes. No, employee said anything. Once a dressing room became available I let myself in and tried my items on. When I came out, I was confronted by a disgruntled employee who was less than 3 feet away from me exclaiming I can't have more than 3 items in the dressing room. I explained to her I did not know in that it was a mistake, and it was over and done with anyway, she told me, no, ma'am, you do not go in there with more than 3 items again I explained to her. I didn't know she then told me well it says it on the door I then told her well I did not read the door she continued to follow me. Getting closer and closer, just stating these same thing. Over and over, all I was trying to do was leave at this point obviously this woman called the owner of the store to tattle on me for doing something that was an accident. If she was doing her job, and taking care of the customers at the front of the store, this would have never happened. Instead of her correcting her behavior she tried to correct mine, and again. It was just a mistake. But despite me telling her that she continued to harass me, I actually had to tell her to physically back up because she was less than a foot and a half away from me. She continued to try and get me to wait at the store for her manager when all I wanted to do was leave. I asked her if she wanted to go through my bags, since she was insinuating I was a thief. She told me no. So it was necessary for her to embarrass me in front of a whole entire store of people, but not for her to go through my bag? This is truly the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I will never do business here again. And I sincerely suggest you all take your clothes elsewhere and buy elsewhere because they will treat people like crap here!
