  I was honestly was very impressed with the service. I had a lovely woman named Cami helping me out today. She was dressed exactly for the job and you could tell how much she added to the experience. She was very helpful with my questions and I could bombard her with as many as I wanted. 10/10 experience

  Lovely service, I was having a bad day and the woman at the register was so sweet and attentive. I loved her aesthetic and she helped me find exactly what I needed, I'll definitely be returning.

  The lady at the front was extremely rude and disrespectful, had an attitude and didn’t even greet me or anything. I had bought two dresses this morning in a size small, I went home and tried them on and neither of them fit. I went back to the same store less than three hours later to try to return them. They still have the tags on them. I had the receipt in the bag, I handed them to the lady after she didn’t even say a word. She just stared at me and I told her I had to return and she wouldn’t let me return the two items even though she didn’t give me a proper reason as to why I couldn’t return them Neither of the dresses had anything on them they were not damaged. They were not worn, except for when I tried it on. They were both in the bag with the original receipt. Tags after she takes both of the dresses out of the bags and throws my receipt away. She tells me she can’t return them and then I asked her for the receipt back and she tells me she doesn’t have it even though I Watched her throw it away. thank god for the windsor at providence mall because they actually let me return my items and said it was crazy that they didn’t accept it there was NOTHING wrong with the items and i had to go through customer service for a new receipt !! extremely disrespectful people working in this store they need to hire different people. insane i won’t be shopping there anymore. all i needed was another size and now i wont ever go back as a loyal customer

  Very poor customer service as well as customer communication!! Went to the store when “they opened” at 11 am on Sunday to see that they were closed to do inventory. I asked the first girl that I seen at the gate when they would open and she had a terrible attitude. I then proceeded to walk around the mall to kill some time to then come back at 1:15 and they were still doing inventory! What a poor time to do inventory
