Honestly, years ago they would actually give you a reasonable exchange of money for your items. However the last 2 times I went they gave me not even $30 for name brand, tags still on items. Not just one or two things either. I wanted to give it one more chance from the last time I went, but I’m done going here. You’re better off selling your things on social media accounts or creating an account where you can post items. They lowball you and then sell your item for twice as much.

the “back to school” event is genuine chaos. i was being shoved around because of the insane amount of people in the store. they should limit the amount of people in the building at once, maybe limit the amount of clothes they can get too. when i ended up getting in there to get clothes after almost 30 minutes, the line was wrapped around the whole store and the racks were ransacked and clothes all over the ground

I went here when they first opened and just went back and it is night and day. If I could give no stars I would. Total rip off for your items … the staff is not friendly, I wouldn’t say rude but they could be more smiley and not talk like a robot. Was told when I picked up my items the next day that I was supposed to get store credit if not picked up same day, if that’s the case that should be said to you when dropping items off and maybe added to the text messaging! Also the store is very dirty… there’s about an itch of dust on the register. I won’t be returning to sell or buy but just for future clients I’m giving my opinion on the store.

This is frustrating, I take the time to bring everything neatly folded, organized, and matching sets kept together. When I pick them up, they’re wrinkled, unfolded, and thrown together. It feels disrespectful to the care customers put into preparing their items. A little more attention to how people’s belongings are handled would go a long way!
