  I have been here multiple times over the years, multiple bra sizes/weight changes. I sized myself this time as I know how to do so. The SAME older woman who works there always gives me unsolicited advice, says I need full coverage (which I never get) etc. Doesn't ask if I need help, just tells me her opinion. As I was looking for other bras (I found my perfect size, but didn't have it in the style I liked) I come back to the dressing room for her to tell me all the stuff I tried on (and put on the dressing room clothing rack because it didn't fit) wasn't the right for for me. She finally approved of the two I just brought into the dressing room and left me alone. I left my mother waiting in the dressing room and come to find out the woman was saying the same things to my mother about my bra choices. I put everything back and left. I have never been bra shopping at a store where an employee is pushy and made me uncomfortable. I will be going to an MA location or ordering online from now on.

  I just had a terrible experience in this store. My daughter and I stopped in the Warwick Mall Lane Bryant to buy summer tee shirts. My daughter stopped at the graphic tees while I went over to the solid tees. The cashier walked over to my daughter, who had a tee shirt in her hand, and asked my daughter if she needed help. My daughter politely said no, thank you. The woman asked my daughter, what size are you and literally took the shirt from my daughter's hand, folded it and put it back on the table. Shocked, my daughter picked up another shirt and the cashier took that shirt out of my daughter's hand saying, we don't have your size. When my daughter walked over to me, the cashier's attitude changed and she told me they do not carry my daughter's size. OKAY, but my daughter knew what size she was looking for. She wanted an oversized sized shirt. Minimally, this woman was RUDE. And no that is NOT all she was. Racist Karen. I don't recommend this store at all. No one deserves this kind of treatment.

  I dealt with Mary who was very knowledgeable of the product line as well as super nice. She fit me with the correct size bra, the end result proved to me that she knows what she is doing. I received great service and highly recommend this store.
