  I had some items in my jewelry box that needed repair (ring resize, change of clip-ons to posts) as well as having a necklace made from old jewelry. Everyone I encountered throughout the process (drop off, design, pick up) was knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. They offered advice but were never pushy, allowing me to make an informed choice. I would highly recommend them for any jewelry purchase. Would definitely use them again.

  No amount of words can explain how amazing Baxters Fine Jewelry is! I’ve been shopping with Baxters for YEARS! From my engagement ring to a numerous amount of custom pieces, Baxters is my go to for all of my jewelry needs. Janina is my go to girl for everything!!! She’s so relatable and knows my style! The rest of the staff is exceptional and always treats you like family when you walk in. The showcases are always changing with new arrivals and breathtaking pieces as well as always being up with the trends! I recommend Baxters to everyone I know!   I had such a wonderful experience at Baxter Jeweler, especially with Paulina. She was absolutely amazing—so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the beautiful work they did. It’s not always easy to find someone you can completely trust with your jewelry, but I felt that way immediately with Paulina. Her attention to detail and customer service were exceptional.   Our recent fine jewelry purchase at Baxter's was an experience of 360-degree excellence. I wanted to buy a diamond ring for my wife of 51 years (we were grad students when we married, so no diamond). Entering the expansive showroom, we immediately sensed the elegance and quality. We were immediately attended by one of their staff (Kalynn), who then spent more than an hour with us examining choices. She combined her expertise with appreciation of what we hoped to find. I had sent ahead some specifications of diamond size and quality, and she had already set aside some stones for us to look at. When my wife thought she might like something a bit different, Kalynn looked through Baxter's extensive inventory, brought out some additional stones, and instructed us in the advantages of each. She helped us view the diamonds in a magnifying loop and put them side by side for comparison. The GIA chart of color and clarity grades is right on the counter, and each stone came with documentation of its exact size, color, and clarity grade. We found a stone we both loved, and then Kalynn helped us chose a setting we also loved. Because Baxter's craftsmen work right on the premises - you can look into the lab and workshop from the showroom - it took only a short time for the ring to be assembled. When we picked it up, we were delighted - it was exactly what we had imagined. We couldn't have hoped for a more positive experience - we recommend Baxter's enthusiastically and without reservation.
