- KKkimber4372Apr 7, 20261.0Some bizarre business practices! I ordered an E gift card on a Sunday. As anyone who has ever ordered an e-gift card knows, receipt is practically instant. 48 hours later, the recipient still had not received it. I got on a chat with them to look into it and they asked me to confirm my billing address, telling me it had been on hold until they could verify billing address. Huh?! I reached out to THEM not the opposite. The money was taken from my account at purchase- I can see that. I asked what would have happened if I had not reached out and she said they would have reached out to me later today. And that they only put a “hold” on the funds. Splitting hairs- no difference on my end, the amount was no longer available to me following the transaction. I have bought tons of e-gift cards and not once has my billing address required verification. I guess I will never know if they actually would have reached out to me but the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be ordering from them again.

As soon as I walked in Sam and Polly greeted me and Sam asked what I was looking for. He was super helpful in finding the right pieces to pair with a gift card for my coworker. Thank you Sam and Polly! I'll be back for my own art supply needs thanks to this experience.
