I left this store feeling bummed because I felt like the lady working there had an attitude. She was an older, heavy lady, not sure if she was the manager, hopefully not because that would be even more disappointing. I was pleasant and didn’t bother her. I even tried to make a little small talk with her at the register that I was so happy I found my bra size in the clearance section and she stayed quiet so it was a little awkward. Oh well, just beware of her or go to another aerie location instead.

Amy at the providence place mall was so helpful and patient! I really appreciated the time she took helping me find what I really needed instead of settling. She even helped me get things shipped to my house that were not in stock!

Awful customer service. Went in today to browse. My friend went in the dressing room to try something on and when she came out we were stopped by an employee and said “everything go good?” My friend said “yeah I left the shirt over there” and she said “so not good then” with the worst attitude and extremely condescending. Then it dawned on us that when we came in a year ago around 8:30pm we tried on some clothes and had an awful experience then as well. She basically told us the store is closing soon and to not mess around doing runway try ons as if we’re not literal adults. Shame on the store/district manager for not fixing this problem as it clearly is on going via the reviews.
