  Awful customer service. Went in today to browse. My friend went in the dressing room to try something on and when she came out we were stopped by an employee and said “everything go good?” My friend said “yeah I left the shirt over there” and she said “so not good then” with the worst attitude and extremely condescending. Then it dawned on us that when we came in a year ago around 8:30pm we tried on some clothes and had an awful experience then as well. She basically told us the store is closing soon and to not mess around doing runway try ons as if we’re not literal adults. Shame on the store/district manager for not fixing this problem as it clearly is on going via the reviews.

  lady working basically told me to not return online orders in store. then said infront of me that the store isn't going to meet their goals for the day because my return. just embarrassing customer service. will be going to other locations from now on.

  The store is really nice and have beautiful items. The staff are highly helpful and went out of their way to assist me and my daughters. I love their can do and friendly attitude and their body positive campaign. They had post its with positive body and attitude messages in the dressing room which I find great and my teen daughters absolutely love it!!!!
