We were visiting this weekend from out of state and my husband dropped his glasses the first night of the trip. Iris went above and beyond and tried literally every screw in the store until she was able to fix his glasses. While we were browsing around we ended up finding two new amazing pairs as well. We also met Jonathan while we were there and they make a great team. Don’t hesitate to stop here if you are in Newport! :-)

They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and efficient with all the guests I noticed. What I loved the most was how complimentary they were to each other! She was knowledgeable, patient, and made it easy for us to find exactly what we wanted. Thanks to her help, we ended up getting a pair of Maui Jim and a pair of Versace sunglasses, and we’re really happy with them. Excellent customer service, I'll definitely be back again!
