Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- JHJeff HMar 8, 20261.0Poor customer service. I purchased a shirt at the Lemon store for $88. It was an XXL, but it ended up being too short. I no longer had the paper receipt, but the tags were still attached. The staff was able to locate my original purchase in their system, which I appreciated, but they said I was outside of the return window. I wasn’t asking for a refund—only store credit so I could purchase something that actually fit. Unfortunately, they refused to make any exceptions to their policy. Very disappointing for a store that charges premium prices.

Even though I could not find what I was looking for, what I did find was some of the top customer service reps that I have EVER encountered while buying anything ANYWHERE and I travel a lot. Sadly their name just went in and out of my brain because I honestly think that I was shocked. The kindest, sweetest and most thoughtful girls at the LULU in Newport. Thank you for your care to your patrons. Your attention to my experience was 100 out of 100. I will be a lifelong customer because of your kindness.

It's beautiful and has an amazing staff that provides top-notch service. I got fantastic product recommendations and left with shorts and a tee I adore. Excellent selection, easy layout, and perks like hemming make it a 5-star shopping experience. I highly recommend this location. You won't be disappointed!
