- LLLexey LaBonteJun 23, 20262.0I went in today to try on different sizes of Brooks because I had never bought a pair before. As soon as I walked in, I was stared at and not offered assistance as my mom and I looked up and down the aisles. From there, the same associate as when I walked in continued to just look and walk away instead of offering help. Eventually, we found the Brooks and I started trying them on. We wanted to see if there were any other sizes than what was out there and we were met with another cranky employee who was not very helpful. After leaving empty-handed I spotted Needohs behind the counter and wanted to see how much they were. The girl who stared and did not help told me they were $9.99 and hesitated when letting me see them to see which colors they had. She offered me the 15% discount at checkout when signing up for rewards but aside from that she was not very nice. I work in retail and this is not how you treat customers.
