With their amazing deals, I ended up purchasing a pair for the gnome too. (Also sunglasses aren't going to distract anyone from your hairline Tony ⬇️)
- TVTony VerdiOct 18, 20231.0Horrible customer service by sales associate and manager at Garden City Center, Cranston, RI while returning damaged RayBan sunglasses with a protection plan. The regional manager should retrain employees at this location. Flippant attitudes and unprofessional presentation. Deceptive protection plan. I advise future customers to read the three page protection plan pamphlet before purchasing the plan. If you return damaged glasses they will give you new ones of equal or lesser value but you must still pay a $40 fee, even though you spent $300-$500 on a pair of sunglasses. Furthermore, the plan cost $20. So, in total the plan costs $60. This was never explained at time of purchase. I was told “it’s in the pamphlet.” I’ve shopped at SH for decades and never have I been disappointed until now. Go to the SH within Macy’s in Warwick Mall instead.
