  I came into the store to get my watch shortened, and one of the gentlemen provided incredibly fast service in about 10–15 minutes and even offered a complimentary sparkling water while I waited HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT Very Professional

  I cannot recommend Providence Diamond highly enough. Their level of customer service truly goes above and beyond, and five stars simply don’t do them justice. They expertly serviced my 20+ year-old Tag Heuer Monaco, demonstrating outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. What impressed me most was their patience and flexibility as they kindly held the watch for me over many, many months while I was overseas, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. A special thank you to Joshua for your professional customer service and also to Ricardo for shipping the timepiece. I appreciate the communication and attention throughout the service. I will definitely be returning for all future watch needs.
