  If there’s one thing I can say with certainty about Providence Diamond is that they are for the watch culture. Both Scott and Austin are the gurus of anything watch and watch culture. Each time I have stopped in it felt more so like I was interacting with an old friend rather than an employee. Whether it is your first watch or a Fifth, this is the best place to start and or grow your collection. As excited as I am to get the call that my watch has come in, I am just as excited to come in and take in the wealth of knowledge that Austin and Scott have to offer.

  We stopped into Providence Diamond today and ended up spending almost four hours there — which probably says everything you need to know about the experience. 😂 Scott and Joe were absolutely awesome. There was zero pressure and none of the stuffiness you sometimes expect when shopping for higher-end watches. They took their time with us, pulled out different pieces, answered a million questions, and genuinely made us feel like we were hanging out with friends rather than sitting in a jewelry store. I ended up purchasing my first Rolex from them, and my wife may have found a few things she liked along the way too. The champagne and bourbon certainly didn’t hurt either. 🥃🥂 What really stood out, though, was the relationship side of it. Scott and Joe made it clear they want us to come back, stay in touch and actually enjoy being customers there. That means a lot to me as a business owner because it’s exactly how I believe customers should be treated. You guys have definitely earned two new long-term customers.
