  This review is about the company as a whole and not specifically this location but I’ve bought all of my jeans at this location so therefore I’m leaving a review here. I honestly feel like it’s ironic that this company is called Madewell, because these jeans are anything but “made well.” Over the years, I’ve probably spent well over $1,000 on Madewell clothing, primarily jeans and pants because I genuinely loved the fit and was willing to pay more expecting better quality. But at this point, I’m done. Out of the 8 pairs of Madewell jeans I own, 4 have either ripped or had the zipper breaks after maybe 8-10 wears — and I’m not talking about wearing them every single day until they fall apart. I’m talking about normal use: wearing them out to dinner for a few hours and coming home taking them off. For the price point, the quality is honestly unacceptable. I have Old Navy jeans that are 10–15 years old that are still intact, while $150 Madewell jeans can’t survive a handful of wears without ripping at the seams or breaking. The fit may be great, but the durability is terrible. At this point, I can’t justify spending this much money on jeans that wear out this quickly.

  Yes, the price is a little above my normal range BUT the product is worth it. I have recently been wanting to update my wardrobe and decided to use Madewell as launching spot. The quality is the best but the staff there is amazing. They will take the time to help you put together an outfit and grab things for you as you try things on. Highly recommend.

  I had absolutely the best experience here — I had called in advance and asked about what shorts they had in my size. When I get to the store, they had not only set up a dressing room for me but also pulled EVERY SINGLE PAIR OF SHORTS. All of the girls working were very eager to help out, and it made me feel very welcomed. I didn’t feel as if I was bothering them in any manner! I would highly recommend shopping in person solely for the experience — they love to style you and check sizes for anything you’d like!

  First time shopper at Madewell in Cranston RI, and was greeted by big smiles from Honor their salesperson. I ended up with two pairs of Jeans and a sweet top that was on sale. Madewell was also nice enough to give me a Military Discount of 15%. Then Honor offered me $20 for my jeans I was wearing. Sold. Great well stocked store, and amazing sales staff. Thanks Madewell Team
