Shame I love this brand used to work as a retail general manager for 12 years including an aerie store and the complete lack of awareness or customer interaction was shocking, especially for a higher end shopping center

Sympathetic, but 🤷♀️ I sought out someone else to ask them to put a sign at the entrance to direct and was told the company doesn’t provide them with anything. 🤷♀️ did something, AE. That was a big waste of time and annoyed me so much I posted right outside the store.
