  I love aerie’s seamless underwear so much here but the staff is rude and make customers feel unwelcome during hours close to close. There is a better way to inform guests that you will be closing soon, and encouraging each other to not let customers in and saying you don’t care if people feel a way out loud (in front of the customers that are already there shopping) makes us want to never return. Approaching the check out, I greeted one of the cashiers with a “hi, how are you?” And she responded rudely with “what’s your phone number” and lack of attention and dismissiveness. I understand wanting to close, but there’s a fine line between closing in a timely manner and kicking happy customers to the curb. I’m upset because I was so happy in the beginning of the experience and left feeling stupid for not having put the underwear back and leaving.

  The most awful place to shop. I am speaking of the employees. Rude, unprofessional, that don't ever greet you or bother asking if you need help. 1st time in there on a Saturday 7pm two employees in the 70%off corner with there folding table in the way of the customers rushing to put things away not allowing customers to even take a look. Rushing customers to get out of the store because they close at 8pm. 7:22pm Second visit I asked to try on something employee said fitting rooms are closed. Seriously!! I asked Manager and she was rude about it and said the time is 7:28 but let me in. Purchased 2 items. 7:00pm last visit ever Wednesday to return. Cashier wanted all my personal information after I explained to her I do not want to join any rewards program She insisted then called another sales clerk over. She said we need your information in order to return, mind you I had a receipt & the purchase was a day ago. I said this is ridiculous, I have never heard of such a thing, she said We have to have it to link to the product. Ridiculous!! I said I will contact your Corporate office, they both looked at each other and laughed & proceeded to tell me Corporate will agree it's the policy. Aeries you need to train your employees not only are they rude, disrespectful they lie!!! Will never shop there again. Google the question about the return!!

  I just waited on a long purchase line to pick up an order, only to be told to go to the fitting room to pick up. I suggested AE note that in the order pick up text. Sympathetic, but 🤷‍♀️ I sought out someone else to ask them to put a sign at the entrance to direct and was told the company doesn’t provide them with anything. 🤷‍♀️ did something, AE. That was a big waste of time and annoyed me so much I posted right outside the store.
