  Took my exchange student here to find a homecoming dress. I asked and was told there was no special rack for formal dresses. There were hardly any fancy dresses and everything was crammed together on the rack. As we were leaving I asked if all the nice dresses were sold over the summer. The guy at the register said they put them out in October for homecoming. So they have dresses - in the back! 4 employees were working and not one could bring a few dresses out for us to look at! Why would you wait till right before homecoming to put out the homecoming dresses? I know other girls are looking for them now because I’ve seen them in other stores.

  This is by far the worst places to sell clothes. Attitudes are horrendous. Yuck!

  I came in earlier this Sunday to check out the 70% off sale and received outstanding customer service from a girl named "yas" it was my first time in the store and i had cross path with the sweet young girl she had gave me a complement saying she loved my teal hair! (I freshly dyed it and was a little scared that it didn't suit me but she reassured me that it looked good) i love how see treats every customer like a friend she seems to be a pleasure to be around with a ball of energy its quite rare to see on workers, around her age she left quite a great impression! I will be sure to stop and shop here again!

  Mi hermana me había hablado muy bien de este lugar, pero ayer fue la primera vez que lo visité. Entré nerviosa porque el inglés no es mi lengua materna y soy de Nueva Jersey, así que estaba un poco asustada. Pero había una chica que trabajaba allí, con una placa que decía "Yas", que hablaba inglés y español. No te trata como a un cliente, sino como a una amiga. Fue muy amable. Espero volver a verla. Los precios parecen bastante buenos y la ropa también está bien.

  They had some nice things I noticed when browsing, but I was going there to sell. Normally I go to the one in Lancaster, but was told they’re overstocked, and that I should try this location, so I drove almost an hour out of the way. I brought three laundry baskets and two big ‘trash bags’ full of clothes, purses, shoes and hats; all clean, name brand, and many pieces - not only new with tags - but brand new for the season. They only bought three things, which made me a whopping $8. I understand they have a guidebook to tell them what to look for, but I have no doubt that at least 90% of what I brought would fall under some categories in their book, as I’ve seen the same brands and styles sold there (many of which were even bought FROM there within the past couple weeks, still with the tags on, but had just gone past the return date). Not to mention, almost everything I was bringing in was plus size, from XL to 2x, and they were really lacking in plus size inventory to begin with. I honestly feel that they were just being lazy and didn’t want to take the time to look through everything, as I only saw them take about 5 articles of clothing from one basket before just putting all of my stuff back on the other side of the counter for me to collect. I love shopping at Plato’s, but selling to them is such a joke. (Pictured is the three baskets, not even including the bags full 🙃)
