- LYLeo YnfanteAug 6, 20261.0Manager on shift on August 6th at 4pm was very rude. She had glasses, black hair, and a ponytail. I called about 1 hr prior to heading over asking if it was okay to return some items from an outlet Express & the worker who answered stepped aside to ask someone to whom they ended up saying yes they accept returns from Express Outlets. When I arrived, she immediately told me “We cannot accept return items from our outlet stores.” My response was, “What? I just called and the employee said you guys did just an hour ago.” She then told me, “Okay, well these items looked like they’ve been used since the tags aren’t attached.” As I had all the tags available for her to see with receipt as well but that wasn’t enough. Not only did I feel disrespected by her assuming I wore the items I was returning (all men attire by the way) but felt like my time was wasted as I tried being proactive by calling ahead to ensure I didn’t make the drive for no reason. She was absolutely rude, didn’t greet me, and immediately looked like she had a stank attitude. I promise you the outlet store will take these returns as it’s NOT that big of a deal like she was making it. The clothing had TAGS, receipts, and all the creases that mens pants have, if it was worn how the hell would the dress pant creases still be there. Anyways -10 service I hope she gets the day she deserves.
