  I went to return 2 items I ordered online in the local store and they didn't have my size instore so the young lady had one of the pairs sent to me and told me they would arrive in 3 days. After she placed the order she told me she accidentally sent both instead of one. Now it is over a week later and still no jeans have arrived and my confirmation email says they aren't even shipped. I called corporate and they wouldn't help me unless I gave them all of my personal information over the phone so I called the local store when I made the return and they were absolutely NO help and told me it wasn't an issue that the girl from THEIR store Lied to me about delivery and there was nothing they could do either. Now they took my $ and are holding the item hostage with NO information on an ETA at all. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION or with this company. Extremely poor customer service from Manager at this location!!!
