  My daughter and I were at this Windsor (willow grove mall) location and when my daughter went to pay, without saying anything, the cashier employee handed her the computer keyboard so my daughter can enter her email in which she declined. The lady told her that she won't be able to return her purchase without an email. I immediately told the employee "then what's the receipt for?" She insisted in getting an email and my daughter refuse to provide one. I told the employee that I would be able to return the purchase with the receipt, guaranteed!!! Later on we checked the store policy and it read that returns will be accepted with receipt of purchase. The employee noticed us not believing what she was saying and I told her that I knew she was lying. That's when the employee responded " oh it's not me. It's corporate policy ". We told the employee that all they want is customer's emails to sell them to 3rd parties companies. This creates an undesirable experience and it can escalate to much worse. Why would Windsor want to create such situations between employee and customer? A simple no from a customer should be accepted and respected!!

  I want to write my great experience at Windsor. I asked Gabby if I can find a dry cleaner or tailoring service for my dress to steam my dress. She offered to steamed it without hesitation. Thank you for making my day easy and shout-out Gabby.

  India gave me great advice with my dresses and even got my irradiated dress that turned heads and will be purchasing from this store again. The rest of the staff was amazing as well!
