  Bizarre experience here. Not greeted at the door, then go through the whole drop of bag process. They called me back in saying my quote was ready and my bags hadn’t even been touched. Literally didn’t move an inch and none of the clothes were displaced. They just said they couldn’t take anything because it was all older than 18 months apparently a common excuse according to other reviews. Even if it only took 20/30 minutes, don’t waste your time. I’d much rather donate the clothes than make a couple bucks at this place. The racks are also hyper packed with low quality brands being sold the same price as new basically.

  Genuinely, I think Plato’s has fallen off in the last couple years. A few years ago I would bring plenty of name brand items and could get atleast a 100+. And this time I brought plenty of good items. From Zara,Nike, Levi and lululemon etc. If you know those brands themselves aren’t that cheap and they took my lululemon and like two other shirts and some Zara shorts and only gave me 30 bucks… the lululemon alone should’ve have been atleast 45. I feel like they’ve grown lazy and sloppy and don’t give customers the proper amount of money they deserve for what they bring in. It’s honestly ridiculous and they need to do better. I’m highly disappointed l.

  This place is an absolute joke! My husband tried to sell 3 Under Armour, 1 Champion and 1 Puma hoodies. All were clean and in great condition. In less than 10 minutes we were called back up front. They told us they couldn't take anything because it was more than 18 months since they were made. What kind of lame ass excuse is that??? How is the brand Under Armour outdated? That store is full of so much clothing, shoes and handbags that have seen better days... dirty & dusty baseball hats, handbags that had ink marks and were worn on the edges, shoes and sneakers that were more than "gently worn", clothes with stains. I believe the staff already knows who they are going buy from before they even look at their stuff: young girls who LOOK JUST LIKE THEM! That's exactly why that store will stay packed with a bunch of crap!
