  These were the most unprofessional workers I have met. I had a return to make and exchange that I purchased yesterday with tags and receipts. They refused to return or give me store credit with no explanation. Have photos to proved that I have receipt and tags on the clothes still. Will never return or recommend to anyone!

  They pack the racks with too much .. you can’t even move the next over to see the next . Well especially with the shirts . And I’m sure they have cute things . It’s just very hard to find /see them

  Today i decided to go to platos closet to attempt to sell my that were collecting dust the employee were paler than me i felt as though i was being racially profiled and had no respect nor greeting i decided to kill time and go to the mall i hade just arrived At the mall and not even 20 minutes of me being there they texted that they went through the clothes mind you i bought a hole tote after like 2 hours i had went in and the lady had gave me the receipt and told me that I couldn’t sell anything she said they could be used over eighteen months and that was all a bunch of lies because they didn’t touch a single thing they didn’t even pick up the tote they left it there over all this was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NO ONE GO HERE THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND HAVE NO MANNERS

  Came here today had clothes that still had tags on them and clothes that were gently used when I walked in I wasn’t greeted informed them that this was my first time here and heard that they buy clothes the girl didn’t even wanna show me where I was supposed to check in at and they didn’t even go thru my bin they texted me not even 30 minutes after I left. I know they didn’t go thru the bin because the clothes on the top wasn’t folded because I didn’t fold them however the jeans and stuff on the bottom was folded and i purposely did it this way to see if they would go thru the whole bin. Came back everything was exactly how I brought it in. I felt racially profiled. I will never ever come back here again. They didn’t take anything
