  I tried on three dresses at the Express store at Willow Grove Mall on August 13 and purchased one of them afterward. The next morning, I noticed new raised red spots on my chest, abdomen, and the inner sides of both arms, areas that were in contact with the clothes. I did not have these spots before trying on the dresses. And that’s the only store I went to yesterday. I hope Express will take this seriously and look into how the clothing was handled before being put out for customers to try on. Very disappointing. I would not recommend shopping at this location, or even trying on their clothes just to avoid stress and potential medical bills.

  I want to express how disappointed I was with my experience at the Express location in Willow Grove today, March 10. I visited the store looking for business professional clothing. Based on the online selection, I decided to come into the store to support the mall rather than shop online. Unfortunately, the customer experience was extremely poor. There were three employees working at the time, and none of them greeted me when I entered the store. One employee was folding clothing, while the other two employees were standing in the back of the store near the clearance section talking to each other. I walked around the store multiple times, including walking past the employees several times, and there was absolutely no interaction or acknowledgment. I also work in the mall as a District Manager for another large company, so I understand how important customer experience and engagement are. What I observed today was unacceptable. There was no one positioned near the front of the store to greet customers and no one at the register. I actually had to ask an employee to ring me up when I was ready to pay. I came in intending to spend a significant amount on business professional clothing, but instead I left with only one shirt for $9 because no one offered assistance, sizing help, or even asked if I needed anything. To make matters worse, after completing my purchase, no one thanked me or said goodbye. I am sharing this review in hopes that store or corporate leadership will read it and address the behaviors happening at this location. The store has great merchandise, but the lack of customer service made this experience extremely disappointing.
